Ann Marie Licausi, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Ann Marie LiCausi-LCSW has over 20 years experience providing therapy to individuals struggling from the challenges of eating disorders. She was the Executive Director of The Eating Disorders Association of Western New York for several years. This organization was dedicated to providing outpatient counseling and education to people suffering from eating disorders. Prior to starting at FOCUS Bariatrics, she was with Synergy Bariatrics, a department of Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York since 2009. In this role she provided psychological pre-surgical evaluations, counseling support and educational workshops for bariatric surgical patients.

Her clinical education experience includes a BSW from Buffalo State College and an MSW from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Ann Marie is a Certified Health Care Social Worker, nutrition certified and a reiki practitioner. She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and received recognition as a recipient of Business First's Healthcare 50 award in 2012.
